I loved the option to have audio or read, it helped me feel like I could fit this course into my busy schedule.  I learned so much from this course, it definitely shifted by view on leadership roles.  "True leadership isn't selfish it's selfless".   One key takeaway for me was the need for change from traditional, individualistic hierarchical leadership that only gets feedback from superiors to a collective team approach.
